Is it about life being fair, or is it about good business practices? As paying customers I don't think it unreasonable for anyone to expect to receive the very same treatment from the proprietor that any other paying customer would receive. Not everyone is getting equal service and protection for their equal payments.

Oh, I agree that not everyone is equal, I've often argued that point in rl political discussions. However, when doing business with a company, I think it reasonable to expect that everyone who pays the same price gets the same level and quality of service, or the same product.

What strikes me is that people are trapping each other into talking in circles about the wrong issue here, IMO. Sokhar broke the TOS too, in an even worse manner than E1 did. He actually threatened to kill someone irl. That's serious business, and an outright crime where I live. Plus there were his racial slurs, another violation of the TOS. Why hasnt he been banned too?

Why bother reporting it when we all know CCP has heard the recording and is well aware of Sokhar's crimes against the TOS and his fellow player? And I'm merely pointing out an obvious double standard. Are you so ignorant as to think that's "crying" or are you just trying to troll?

Threatening someone's life, especially when the person issuing the threat is in an obvious state of agitation is no laughing matter.
